I've got homework

I like to be outdoors.

I like to smell elderflowers that haven't been in a can.

I like to go from "ish, there is a bug there" to "yeah, let's climb that tree naked, why not" in a couple of minutes.

I like to improvise a tripod with stuff that I find around and get my camera rained on and shrug.

I like to feel my skin full of soil and sweat.

I like to breath fresh clean air and then pollute it a bit with a cigarette whilst listening to the birds.

Then I like to go home, have a shower, eat something that wasn't in a bag, sit down and paint trees.

I paint the trunk and the leaves and I paint myself and it doesn't matter how long it takes or if it looks good or not.



Why don't I do this everyday?
